There are a number of full and part time vacancies at Beechwood Park School:
Marketing and Administrative Assistant full time term time plus one week (during summer holidays)
Responsibilities to include:
- Supporting all marketing and communication functions as well as the production of advertisements and helping to maintain the school’s website.
- Working with and assisting the Communications Manager, School Secretary and Registrar.
Applicants must have excellent communications skills and a high level of IT capabilities. Experience in a similar role would be an advantage.
Maintenance Person/Caretaker - Monday to Friday full time
Evening Caretaker/Handyman and Janitor - Monday to Friday 5.00 pm-10.00 pm and Saturday morning 9.00 am to 1.00 pm
Mini Bus Driver - Monday to Friday 7.00 am-10.00 am term time only.
These roles can be flexible and combined to accommodate the applicant and school requirements.
Required to record and prepare the minutes of Governors’ meetings for approximately eight evening per year. The candidate must be proficient in minute taking and MS Office.
Coach Escort for afternoon mini buses
Approximately 10 hours per week (4-30 pm to 6-30 pm) term time only
